We lost the invitation code
The Invitation Codes are for the Free Lessons on YMUmagic.com. If you’ve lost your invitation code, please click here to have us email you a new code.
The invitation code doesn’t work
We’re sorry! They are case sensitive so check that out first. If your Invitation Code does not work, click here to have us email you a new code.
Invitation Code is listed on the back of the invitation cards. This can only be used once to create your username/password. Once you’ve signed up, your username/password will be sent to you via email. Then use them (NOT the invitation code) to log onto YMUmagic.com.
My child forgot their username/password
Ooops! No problem! Click here to go to the log in page and click “forgot password?” button. We will then email you your child’s username/password. We find it helps to write your child’s username/password on an index card taped to the inside lid of a box that you keep all the magic props in, just in case they ever forget it.
If for some reason you’re not thrilled and you want to end your membership, send an e-mail to info@YMUmagic.com and we will cancel all future billings and you can keep your last trick as our parting gift.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of magic, we can not offer refunds because once the secret is revealed it can not be made a secret again. If you are a monthly subscriber we can cancel future billings and you can keep the lessons you have already have access to as our parting gift.
When are the Gold Package tricks/props mailed?
The first one is mailed out within 48 hours of your purchase. After the first one, we mail the following props on the first Monday of each month.
My child lost their magic trick/prop. Can I get or buy a new one?
Yes, you can buy another. Please send an e-mail to info@YMUmagic.com with your name, phone #, along with the name of the trick/prop and we will help you. We are working on a shopping cart for this and it will be working soon.
